A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Normally within 2-5 working days. We have materials in stock for most of hot selling products.And mass production time needs 2-4 weeks for order quantity more than 100 units.
Q: What’s the quality standard of your products?
A: CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO9001:2015 certification approved. All materials are in high grade and new. With the strict quality,every phone be thoroughly tested before leaving the factory.
Q: Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: Can you produce a product in a color of my choosing?
A: Yes, we can manufacture products in different colors, however there may be minimum quantities or surcharges applicable.
Q: Do you provide an installation service?
A: No, we do not install products, but they are very straightforward to install, please kindly contact us if unsure.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new one with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
